Job Description:

Resource Logistics, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of relevant experience in immigration law and be based in New Jersey. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and assistance to our clients navigating the complex immigration process.

Responsibilities:

• Client Case Management: Manage a caseload of immigration cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Research and Documentation: Conduct research on immigration laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain legal documents, forms, and applications.
• Communicate with Clients: Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and requirements.
• Support Attorneys: Collaborate closely with immigration attorneys to prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all immigration laws and regulations, including USCIS, DOL, and DOS requirements.
• Data Management: Maintain organized case files, databases, and records to track case statuses and deadlines.
• Client Meetings: Assist in scheduling and preparing clients for meetings, interviews, and hearings.

Qualifications:

• 6-12 months of experience as an Immigration Paralegal.
• Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal software and document management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in paralegal studies is a plus.
